Here’s our second #ministyle post! It’s been funny wearing summer clothes this week after so many months of being wrapped up in layers. At first Finlay wasn’t too sure about shorts and kept asking for his ‘coat’ despite it being over 30°C here in Singapore. Luckily he soon came round after a particularly hot outing running around the gardens (thank goodness for splash parks). As summer-time is so active I’ve picked up some summer pieces for the boys that are airy and easy to wear so that they won’t interfere with all that outdoor play.
This Beau Loves tee has a bit of an edge and can be paired with everything. I like how it has an oversized fit and will easily last Finlay right through summer (so long as there are no more milkshake disasters!) I also can’t get enough of these sweet bunny black shorts and cap from Agatha Cub – their botanical collection this season is perfect! We sized up for both pieces, Finlay’s in age 4-5 shorts and wearing the youth size cap.
I’m a little bit in love with this lime coloured sunsuit from Beau Loves. For cooler climates I think it would look cute layered with a long white sleeved vest, but here in Singapore he hasn’t needed anything underneath. Parker’s in size 6-12 months and it still has plenty of room to last him till summer. His little moccasins are from Me & Hayari.
